Questions about plans
Do longer plans include more channels?
No. Every plan includes exactly the same channels, movies, series, quality and support. Longer plans only lower the price per month.
Can I upgrade from 1 month to 12 months later?
Yes. When your current plan is close to ending, message us on WhatsApp and we'll renew your existing line on the longer plan, so you keep your login and settings.
Can I use one subscription on two TVs?
A standard subscription allows one connection at a time. You can install it on several devices, but only watch on one at once. For simultaneous screens, choose 2 or 3 connections above.
Will I be charged automatically when my plan ends?
Never. There are no automatic renewals or stored cards. Your service simply stops at the end of the period unless you choose to renew.
What if it doesn't work on my device?
That's exactly what the free trial is for. Test on your device first, and our support team will help with setup before and after you buy.
